Linkin Park vs Jay Z – Jigga What/Faint

    1. Happy Easter!
    2. Sophia & I (completely beautiful, huh)
    3. City
    4. New jumper/Free Hat

Week 2 of holidays is again upon us. For variety, a lot of school work was also completed this week, but more so the kind that makes you feel accomplished, y’know? Finished reading The Invisible Man, too, which is a brilliant book, but somewhat ruined due to needing to critically analyse it for how it conveys notions of belonging. Senior studies are great fun.

But the week? Not a lot of highlights. Had a at-school-in-class day on Tuesday for art so we could work on our major works, but basically all I did was play on my webcam and buy nail polish (orange and this deep blue – both are lovely). Wednesday was lovely, I got to see Jess (my friend who lives 2 hours away) for a nice day in the city – we would have gone to the Zara opening but it was insane with hour waits at the door, so I’ll probably go within the next few weeks. After catching up with her, I caught up with my two friends Tiffany and Sophia who I used to play tennis with and hadn’t seen in years. It was lovely catching up with the pair of them. Other than that, the week was punctuated with random chillin’ with Luke, and Tumblr.

Easter was a bit of a miss this year too. Good Friday was spent with the family, mostly. My eldest cousins didn’t come because they had dates (I’m talking 17 & 15 year olds…), but I spent the time nursing my incredibly cuddly Asian cousins so its ok. Haven’t done anything for Easter Sunday either, but its ok. I’m not that big of a fan of Easter most ways anyway.

I don’t want to go back to school, I’ll be honest. Who ever does?

    You’re Not Alone – Saosin

    1. Details of my shelf
    2. Magazines of the week + HP7 Blu Ray
    3. New hair (ombre – lightened ends) & new Cheap Monday jeans
    4. Being a fool with Maddie & Luke

The first week of holidays has been fairly decent, I have to say. Mainly, my time is divided by people & school work. Gotten a fair bit done so far, and will probably continue well into the next week and a half. If I’m not watching the new Harry Potter blu ray, or on Tumblr, I’m out. Often doing nothing with Luke, or being fools with Maddie, Stacey, Stella, Luke and Fletcher (and a webcam), or out for coffee with Maddie and Stacey, or coffee with Chrystal, or getting my hair done.

So yeah. Thats been my week, basically.

As you can tell, new layout. I’m pretty iffy about this one, so I don’t know how long this will be up, but I’d been toying with an idea like this for ages so I figured I may as well. The previous layout had been up for a total of 5 months, which could be a record (Edit: it is). Ah well, we’ll see how this goes.

Other than that, not much is up. Its funny, even though this time last year, I was hardly as sociable or active or any of that, I don’t have more to say. Ah well, Easter soon. Big plans?

Champion Sound (Alt. version) – Crystal Fighters

    1. New oversize clutch, Computer Arts magazine and nail polishes.
    2. Surrey Hills; me, Maddie, Amy, Stella and Therese.
    3. Maddie, me & Katie at Tuttles.

Its finally the holidays! Thank you all for your well wishing in my exam(s), I feel alright about them so hopefully they’ll go ok. I’m just enjoying the fact that I have two and a half weeks off! Two and a half weeks of studying how I want to for once, y’know? Got a fair bit to do but hey, it’ll be cool.

My weekend was cool. Mainly Saturday, lets be fair. During the day I went to Surry Hills Festival with Maddie, Loretta, Stella, Amy, Therese and Daniella, Katie was working so once her shift was over we bumped into her too. I didn’t buy anything because it was all out of my price range, but I am now in love with fur coats and will own one. Fun experiences too, including two very high and/or drunk men coming up to the group of us rapping some song to us. You get all sorts, hey. But came home, then went back out, first to Stacey’s for a bit of a pre-gathering, then to Tuttle’s. Tuttle is this kid who went to my primary school and is now all of a sudden friends with all of my friend, so hey. Decent night, crashed at Stacey’s. Didn’t really do anything Sunday, chilled with Luke a bit but then yeah. Didn’t want to do much on Sunday anyways, ha.

But yeah, this week’ll be good, hairdressers soon and such. I actually can’t wait to get my hair done, I haven’t for ages and I need a change.

I also need to change this layout. I know what I want to do but I’m so lackadaisical about it. Blah.
