This was me yesterday, taking a mid-exam break to go to my friends place and dye my hair again. The colour lasts nearly a month, I’ve come to realise, so we (obviously) had some fun. We’re very cool.
I’m currently in my 2 week mid-exam gap (the timetabling of exam’s hasn’t been kind to me), halfway through exams. I’m never going to have to study English or Mathematics ever again, and it’s an amazing feeling. This time in 2 weeks I’ll have done with the HSC all together, which is simply lovely to think of. Thanks everyone for all the kind wishes!
And yes, I finally changed the design of this place. About bloody time. There will be modifications and such after exams, but the other one was killing me too much to leave up. So enjoy! And enjoy Halloween!

This is my life right now. Notes, practise exam papers, take out and Coke. Had my first HSC exam today (HSC = A Levels, SAT’s, final highschool exams ever), and they all end on the 10th of November, which by then I will be exhausted but a lot of fun things happening. Can’t say I’ll be all that busy around here until then, after all, all I do is study or go to libraries, but y’know. Stay lucky lovelies !

Just some photos from the other night. It was my friend’s 18th, she had a “high school clique stereotypes” party, so I went as Janis Ian (Mean Girls)/token-rebel-girl. Amazing night, saw some great people I hadn’t for a long time, made new friends, saw friends that I’d neglected since I started studying… basically it was just a great night.
And yes, bubblegum pink hair. Yeeeah.

A few photos from the last week of highschool ever. Just to explain – unless you’ve been reading these past few weeks – in Australia we graduate now (end of “Term 3″) and then sit final exams in late October/early November. So it’s been a bit hectic. In terms of the photos:
It’s been an emotional week (more due to the fact that I’m going through a fairly tough break-up [yeah, never mentioned that. Part of the compilations. Rather not get into it, but points if you can guess who the man was] than graduation – I’m not a sentiment for leaving schools, etc), but y’know. Got a fairly packed few weeks – of study and revision. Great fun for all involved.
Note that this is probably the last time I get to use the “school” tag here. Surreal.

Dinner with friends the other night. We went to a Lebanese place to celebrate the birthday of Michelle & Kara, which was fairly nice. It was great to have a break from all this study and graduation stuff with school, the place even cracked out the classic belly dancers which was entertaining watching friends get really embarrassed as they were called up to dance. Rather fun!
What’s your favourite kind of place to eat out at?
