If you wish for me to make a particular resource, you may do so through this form. At the moment I am only taking .PSD and icon bases requests, as they are the easiest to request for. If you have any other particular request, please use the ‘anything else’ field to mention it.

You may not request custom layouts through this form. Layouts are a completely different thing. I do occasionally make custom layouts, but don’t get your hopes up. You can e-mail me if you want to try, but time often takes its toll.

Also please respect my decision if I can’t fulfil your request. Time restricts the amount of resources I can make, and sometimes I may not be able to get around to all of them.

Also don’t fill this form with requests featuring nudity, porn, offensive material, or anything nasty like that. Your request will just be deleted so what’s the point?
