Innocence – Nero
(Top to Bottom; Photo from my birthday that someone requested, old photo from school, Tron!)
This week has felt like its gone on for forever. Had English on Monday, finished school on Wednesday. Tuesday brought a farewell party for my lovely and amazing Geography Teacher who I’ll miss so much. We bought her these lovely book ends shaped like horses which she loved, and yeah, it was brilliant. Also got my art marks back, coming first in the year. Pretty stoked about that.
After school had finished, we got a new computer! Its Windows 7 and lovely and fast and has specifications which make Dillan so jealous. We’ve taken the opportunity to finally get back into playing Sims – I’ve forgotten how much I loved that game.
Saturday was good fun, hung out all day with Dillan & saw Tron (reviewed on time for once, here) which was so awesome. Later that night we met up with Stacey, Maddie, Jake, Tess and a bunch of other familiar faces (Grant, Fletcher, Ryan, etc) who had been out all day to celebrate Stacey’s birthday which is in a week or so. We went to Carols at the Domain (which I will obtain photos from once Stacey uploads them – I seriously need my own camera), but ended up leaving half-way through to go hang out/meet up with people. It was a pretty good night, nice to see Jake before he leaves for England for the holidays.
Today we’ve spent the day playing Sims, really. Just a week before Dillan leaves on holiday (for 6 whole goddamn weeks), which to be honest I’m really dreading but what can you do? Going to see Jess after Christmas so I guess I have something to look forward to.

To the left is me being Remus Lupin, my cousin Helen (who had come up from the country to stay with me for a week – she’s still here, actually, playing the Sims 3) was Minerva McGonagle, and my friends Naomi, Shivani and Christine were Tonks, Snape and Trelawney respectively. We all got to Imax at around 10pm, hung out in the park around there for a bit but realised it was stupid because it was cold, so we went in and there were already lines, so we stayed in there for a bit. Then, naturally, we were let in and got to watch the film with the first 10ish minutes in 3D. The 3D was amazing and realistic and incredible.
The day after, Thursday, Helen and I went into the city. We bought some stuff, Helen got some clothes and the Red Riders CD (which I’ve stolen, haha), and I got an Iron Man comic book (Legacy of Doom, been wanting that one for AGES) and the Harry Potter 6 soundtrack and video game (I played it a little last night, so far I’ve done the three major things [potions, quidditch and dueling] and its definitely an amazing game (as far as HP games go, that is). They look a lot like their characters and a lot better than OOTP). We also went to Capitol and to the Japanese photobooths (image to the right). That was a lot of fun. Oh, and we found this amazing candy store in the city and bought a lot of stuff. I have this massive gob-stopper and if I eat it for too long, it cuts my tongue. Its been bleeding. I’m used to it, though, lmao.
